FLEX & FLOW
Massage and stretching are a perfect combination, both complementary therapies which enhance physical well-being.
Massage helps to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, while stretching increases flexibility, and range of motion, and can prevent injury. Incorporating both into a regular wellness routine can lead to improved physical performance, reduced stress, and better overall well-being.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE & SPORTS MASSAGE
Deep tissue is a massage technique using slower, deeper strokes and pressure to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
It is beneficial in treating chronic pain, injuries and tension, whereas Sports massage is similar to deep tissue techniques but focuses more on muscle recovery, improved performance.


MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (MLD)
A Specialised massage using gentle skin rolling techniques to move fluids from swollen areas to areas with working lymph vessels.
Beneficial in removal of waste and water within the body, reducing swelling from injury or surgery, which in turn may help to relieve pain. MLD is also believed to boost the immune system.
SWEDISH & AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Swedish & Aromatherapy Massage are both a more relaxing massage treatment using long, kneading strokes to enhance relaxation, improve circulation and ease tension.
Swedish massage focuses more on physical relaxation where Aromatherapy focuses more on emotional well being. During Aromatherapy massage essential oils are used during the treatment to uplift mood, reduce stress and create a sense of calm and mental well being.


ASSISTED STRETCHING
One-on-one stretch session, performed on the massage table with the client fully clothed. The client is guided through a series of stretches which target specific muscles or muscle groups, helping to increase flexibility, reduce muscle tension, improve posture and may reduce pain.
Assisted stretching is suitable for everyone, not only athletes!
